The artist at work in the studio

In the Studio

Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

From an early age, I was drawn to painting as a way to express how I see and experience the world.

I am largely self-taught, having developed my skills independently for many years, and more recently have begun expanding my practice through continued learning and growth.

My work focuses on representational art inspired by the natural world—ranging from still life compositions, landscapes, wildlife and marine subjects—created primarily in oils, acrylics, and watercolors. I am particularly inspired by light—its ability to transform form, color and emotion within a scene.

Through my paintings, I hope to create pieces that feel both familiar and meaningful, inviting others to pause and connect with the world around them.
